Awkwafina Awkwafina, an American performer and actress, started by releasing a humorous rap track which dealt with the subject of sexual and race. The career of the singer and actress grew to Hollywood when she dropped an album of raps. Nora Lum was born to Chinese Koreans living who resided in Forest Hills Queens. Her first experience with music came from the trumpet. Her classical, jazz and hip-hop training began as she was just a teenager. While in school, she concentrated on journalism and woman's studies. She studied Mandarin during a time in Beijing. After graduation, she begin to concentrate on music. Her track in 2012 My Vag a response to Mickey Avalon's My Dick found viral success on the Internet before settling on her debut LP Yellow Ranger in 2014. The other viral hit songs included Queef track, and the witty NYC Bitchecity tour. The second track linked into Awkwafina's NYC Travel Guide published in the year 2015, and was an additional idea. She opted to pursue acting careers following the completion of her previous two endeavors, author and musician. Along with early series like Girl Code, Tawk and Bad Rap she also appeared in films like Neighbors as well as Storks. In 2018, she landed an array of noteworthy parts, including Dude Ocean 8 and Crazy Rich Asians. She released the EP,"In Fina We Trust in June in the same year.
