Christina Haack was born in Anaheim California, on the 9th of July 1983. The first job she had after school was working in the industry of real estate. It was through this that she met her spouse Tarek El Moussa. The couple had a great time up until 2008's crisis in the stock market, during which many real estate investors and house flippers went bust. As a result of the market crash, Tarek and Christina El Moussa almost lost everything. They moved from a costly home, where they paid $6,000 for a month, and moved to a small house that was only $700. Their business as well as the economy overall slowly regenerated. HGTV as well as Rise to Fame Tarek enlisted assistance from a close friend to make an audition tape to HGTV which featured Christina reflipping properties starting from scratch. Pie Town Productions executives received the tape. The executives loved Tarek along with Christina. The couple officially signed a HGTV deal in 2012. Flip of Flop was launched in April of 2013. Over seven seasons between 2013 and 2017 the show ran 92 episodes. Christina and Tarek from the show, who were as the main characters, bought properties, which were typically moderate-income houses located in Orange County. Tarek is primarily focused on removal and remodeling, and Christina is responsible for creating the design. Christina also makes sure that all projects are completed in time.
