Lizzo

LizzoLizzo joined a prog-rock band where she sang and played the flute. The family she was born into had moved to Denver, so she was all on the road on her own, trying to launch her career in Houston. Lizzo lived on her own in her car, sometimes lying on the floor in her studio recording studio, and washed in the gym. When Lizzo was just 20, her father passed away. It was a terrible loss for both of them, as they were very close. Following the death of her father, Lizzo left the prog-rock group in 2010. Following a brief stop in Denver, Lizzo moved to Minneapolis in the year 2011 at the invitation of a close friend. Lizzo quickly found herself in the middle of the music scene. She was a part of the girl groups Chalice, GRRRL PRTY. Her first album Lizzobangers was released in 2013 on an independent label.
